DX Final- No Russia Clause

The supply, sale, transfer, or export of the Products provided, or any related technology or technical assistance, to Russia or for use in Russia is prohibited.  In the event of a breach of this provision, and without prejudice to any other remedies available under the applicable terms or at law, the competent authority of the EU Member State may be informed, immediate payments may be required for the products at issue, and the agreement may be terminated for the products at issue.
