Yong Song, MD, Ph.D.
Yong Song, MD, Ph.D., is a strategic marketing product manager for automation applications in the Automation Business Center at Beckman Coulter, Inc. Yong obtained his MD from Shantou University Medical College, China, and his Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong. He received his postdoctoral training at the University of Toronto, Canada. Prior to his current position at Beckman Coulter, Yong held senior scientific, R&D and product management positions at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Hyseq Pharmaceuticals and at Beckman Coulter. Yong has many years of experience in product and application development and biomedical research. He has authored more than 80 publications, including 25 peer-reviewed articles.
Mary Xueyun Guan, MS, MBA and US RAC
Mary Xueyun Guan is a senior strategic marketing specialist with Beckman Coulter in the Automation and Information Systems Business Center. Mary has a BE in biochemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, an MS in bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute and an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management in Claremont, Calif.
Mary has extensive knowledge from previous positions at Beckman Coulter, where she supported the implementation process of clinical diagnostics analyzers. Additionally, Mary obtained her United States Regulatory Affairs Certification (US RAC) in 2006.
