New Cellular Analysis Customer Training Center Maximizes Customer Learning

Miami’s got it all—world-famous beaches, diverse cuisine and vibrant night-life. Now it’s also got something equally exciting for Beckman Coulter customers—a brand new Customer Training Center right in the heart of the action.

Unlike its previous location in Miami Lakes (about 30 miles away), the new training center is on the campus of Beckman Coulter’s primary cellular analysis facility in Kendall, Florida (USA)—home to the company’s cellular analysis manufacturing, R&D and business operations.

That close proximity bodes well for everyone.

“Customers who are onsite for training now get increased exposure to the company, as well as direct access to our development center,” said Sally Sisco, technical training manager. “They can contribute ideas, feedback and suggestions for future product improvements through periodic luncheons with our development staff. Likewise, our development staff has direct access to the customer voice.”

Aside from its prime location, the new training facility boasts even more impressive features. Its 16 combination laboratory/classrooms are each equipped with top-of-the-line projection systems, classroom networking capabilities and plenty of access to hands-on time with instrumentation—all of which helps maximize customer learning opportunities.

The training center hosts both Beckman Coulter service training and customer training for hematology, flow cytometry and hemostasis instruments, including the newest hematology instrument, the UniCel DxH 800 COULTER Cellular Analysis System.
